Ø Progress
of other practicals during the week:
The pre-test for the project was administered
in class IX. F1 on January 6, Saturday. The pre- test consisted of twenty
questions based on the topic Asterism and Constellation from the chapter Our Universe.
Ø Difficulties
Faces/ How you managed the situation:
The discipline duty in IX. I but I was able
to manage the situation by engaging them in word games.
Ø Self-Reflection:
The week was a good kick start for the new
year. I was happy that I could cover six lesson plans in the week and could
complete the pre- test for my project.
I prepared a model on the experimental
arrangement for the preparation of hydrogen chloride. I incorporated a plus concept
chart on combination of cells which proved to be an effective strategy to keep
the attention of the students. I am satisfied with my teaching but I need to
improve on class management and giving more student-centered activities in my
class.
